Job description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead user-centered design strategies for the Digital Dealer platform, a critical internal tool supporting global sustainable transport solutions.
  • Drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, developers, and other UX designers to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
  • Contribute to and evolve a modern, scalable design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Approximately 10 years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and launching successful digital products.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of various UX methodologies, research techniques (user interviews, usability testing, persona development, journey mapping), and frameworks.
  • Expert-level skills in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and collaborative tools like Mural or Miro.
  • Strong capabilities in structuring information, designing intuitive user flows, and creating visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
  • Ability to leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product features.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, present concepts clearly, and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in applying, contributing to, or evolving design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with internal enterprise platforms or complex B2B applications.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
  • Experience in the automotive, industrial, or heavy-duty transport sectors.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
