Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary UX representative within the product trio (Product Management, Engineering, UX) to define product strategy and ensure user-centricity.
  • Lead end-to-end UX design: user research synthesis, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and usability testing.
  • Apply the Jobs to be Done (JTBD) framework to uncover customer motivations and drive product decisions.
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers to define success metrics, run lightweight usability tests, synthesize findings, and iterate on designs.
  • Work with and contribute to an established design system; propose new components and improvements as needed.
  • Align with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility, technical viability, and strategic fit.
  • Define and track post-launch design performance metrics in partnership with Product and Research teams.
  • Optimize interaction patterns and information architecture for complex fintech flows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics-driven design (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Facilitation experience running workshops and collaborative design sessions.
