Senior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executor of design deliverables for digital projects and retainers
• Lead digital design projects including idea generation, strategy, and execution
• Finalize website sitemaps and assign page templates in collaboration with strategists
• Produce sitemaps, wireframes, full-fidelity visual comps, and UI component libraries
• Create custom static and animated graphics
• Maintain UX best practices and design principles
• Act as a Figma expert for prototyping, animations, and design systems
• Document design intentions and assist developers with technical specifications
• Mentor junior designers through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Participate in team brainstorms and contribute to business development via case studies

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of prototyping and design systems
• Foundational knowledge of Content Management Systems (preferably WordPress)
• Understanding of complex content architectures, taxonomy, and custom fields
• Ability to work during core hours (9am ET - 6pm ET)
• Must be a U.S. resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex design or web development projects
• Agency experience
• Proficiency in project management tools like Teamwork, Basecamp, or Slack
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
