Senior Value Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Responsibilities

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
• Undertake value assessments or proof-of-value projects, communicating value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives
• Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
• Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, supporting customer landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customers embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, business process improvement, or software deployment
• Pre-sales or solution engineering experience, ideally supporting customers in the MENA region
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare and communicate roadmaps and results to stakeholders
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP); experience with AI agents, RPA, BI tools, dashboards, or apps
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Passion for experimenting with technology and new models
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Experience identifying, deploying, and training on business process improvement measures
• Experience planning and managing project scopes and timelines
• Understanding of finance and/or supply chain functions, or strategic transformation initiatives
• Degree in Physics, Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology/Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or similar
