Responsibilities

• Lead the direction of the entertainment division, ensuring high-quality service and achieving financial targets
• Build and maintain deep relationships with senior-level clients and provide strategic counsel
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the entertainment industry to drive growth
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking, and forming valuable partnerships
• Mentor and develop a skilled PR team in a collaborative environment
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to effectively advise clients

Requirements

• At least 15 years of PR experience with significant expertise in the entertainment sector
• Demonstrated success managing high-profile PR campaigns for entertainment brands
• Extensive network within media, talent agencies, studios, streaming services, and influencers
• Proven track record in securing new business and driving revenue growth
• Strong strategic planning and crisis management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior-level stakeholders
• Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree required
