Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed North American revenue targets across agency and brand partnerships
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on new business and account growth
  • Strengthen executive relationships across agency holding companies and strategic brand partners
  • Drive enterprise sales efforts for Pixability's suite of managed service and technology solutions
  • Partner with Product and Strategy teams to translate market feedback into product innovation
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across YouTube, CTV, and emerging digital video channels
  • Represent Pixability at industry events and executive forums

Requirements

  • 15+ years of digital media, advertising technology, or video advertising sales experience
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams
  • Deep expertise in YouTube, Premium Video, CTV, or Creator Solutions ad tech
  • Strong executive relationships across agency holding companies and programmatic leadership
  • Experience selling both SaaS/platform solutions and managed service offerings
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the evolving video advertising ecosystem and AI-driven optimization
