Senior Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit premium video content with exceptional pacing, storytelling, and structure
• Develop project templates, file structures, and quality control standards for scalable post-production
• Provide creative feedback and mentorship to fellow editors
• Ensure all assets meet platform specifications and client standards
• Partner with Art Directors, Motion Designers, and Strategists to transform briefs into video experiences
• Optimize workflows using AI-assisted editing tools and efficient media management

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audio mixing, and color correction
• Experience building editing workflows and quality assurance processes
• Experience mentoring editors or leading creative reviews
• Deep knowledge of video delivery specifications and codecs
• Experience leveraging AI-powered editing tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or B2B brands
• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Experience with high-volume content production in an agency environment
