Responsibilities

• Turn out beautiful, ad-length video content on a tight timeline
• Handle every part of the production process including asset design, animation, color correction, and sound design
• Use typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy to communicate ideas effectively

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in After Effects
• Strong knowledge of post-production fundamentals (editing, sound editing, color)
• Proficiency in design and typography
• Ability to work on rapid timelines for advertising content

Preferred Qualifications

• Competency with simple 3D animation and/or VFX
• Experience producing short-form video packages (6s, 15s, 30s)
• History of directing voice actors
• Familiarity with Democratic political client needs
• Skills in audio engineering, color grading, or illustration
