Senior Web3 Back-end Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a multichain yield backend platform
• Design and implement protocol integrations and smart contract interfaces
• Manage complex, idempotent on-chain transaction flows
• Secure and optimize RPC node interactions and state management
• Define and implement next-generation on-chain yield strategies
• Maintain production-grade security, reliability and quality standards

Requirements

• Production Web3 experience (3+ years)
• Web3 backend
• EVM fundamentals
• Multichain integration
• Protocol integration
• RPC management
• Tooling proficiency
• Autonomous worker
• Security focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior mainnet smart contract deployments
• Experience with Tenderly, ethers, viem, wagmi or similar
• Background in Haskell or Rust preferred
