Senior/Principal Client Engagement Manager (Operations)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements and drive onboarding programs for large insurance clients
• Manage timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication for high-impact enterprise accounts
• Lead the AI-native transformation of the Client Engagement function by embedding AI agents and automation into workflows
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and internal tooling to connect disparate systems
• Develop and execute quarterly strategic plans for Client Engagement Operations
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve complex operational challenges
• Maintain and expand the Client Engagement Knowledge Base and documentation
• Identify and eliminate manual toil to improve team efficiency and output quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, strategy, program management, or enterprise implementation for multimillion-dollar accounts
• Hands-on familiarity with building AI agents and internal tools that integrate across multiple platforms
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data exchange formats like JSON
• Ability to independently develop and execute strategic plans
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to measure impact
• Excellent communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A builder's mindset with a bias for action and ownership
