Senior/Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects end-to-end, utilizing user-centered design processes
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to negotiate trade-offs
• Design for edge cases, failure states, and operational risks in high-stakes environments
• Develop a working understanding of ML and AI technologies to elevate user experiences
• Contribute to and evolve an established design system

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields
• Proven ability to translate operational complexity into intuitive experiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers and product managers
• Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and programming concepts
• Must have an online design portfolio
• Must be eligible to obtain a clearance with the U.S. government

• Experience working for or with the U.S. Military
