SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies according to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and technical elements to improve search rankings.
• Perform regular SEO audits and analyze performance metrics using tools.
• Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to inform SEO tactics.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content and ensure keyword optimization.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
• Work with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Train and mentor junior team members on SEO best practices and strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate SEO strategies and results effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of driving organic search performance and improving rankings.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PPC and social media marketing is a plus.
