SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute SEO strategy, innovation, and performance for multiple client accounts
• Implement optimized strategies for Generative AI and LLM search behavior
• Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to translate data into actionable insights
• Serve as the primary client point of contact and lead recurring status and reporting calls
• Translate channel strategy into tactical roadmaps, including topic clusters and schema
• Research emerging trends in search and AI technologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with measurement, paid media, and creative teams

Requirements

• At least 2 years of agency experience
• 3 years of overall relevant marketing or SEO experience (5+ years preferred)
• Proven experience optimizing for AI search through actual testing
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Strong content strategy skills including keyword and competitor research
• Ability to tie SEO performance to measurable business impact
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
