SEO Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO projects across NL and DE markets including technical, semantic, and editorial audits
• Define and prioritize on-page, off-page, and technical recommendations based on business impact
• Build localized content strategies through cultural and linguistic adaptation of search intent
• Integrate GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for AI-driven search engines
• Own ROI-driven performance tracking by connecting SEO actions to revenue and conversions
• Build decision-oriented reporting using Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio
• Coordinate stakeholders including copywriters, translators, developers, and market leads

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience
• Fluent in Dutch and German
• Professional proficiency in English
• Solid technical SEO and structured data skills
• Familiarity with GEO and generative search developments
• Proficiency with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Results-oriented mindset focused on ROI and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of other markets (FR, EN, IT, ES)
• International e-commerce experience
• Understanding of cultural SEO and local search behavior
