Server Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining backend services for the Imunify360 server platform
• Developing and improving high-throughput, fault-tolerant messaging and data processing pipelines
• Operating and maintaining core server components, including proxies, message brokers, caches, and databases
• Investigating and resolving complex issues in distributed systems
• Writing and maintaining unit/integration tests
• Collaborating with Infrastructure and Monitoring teams to optimize system performance
• Monitoring production services using Grafana and Telegraf
• Improving CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer
• Experience with high-load applications (approx. 100k rps)
• Strong proficiency in Golang (including goroutines)
• Practical experience with Python and asyncio
• Experience maintaining Linux services and web applications
• Experience with AI engineering (LLM, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience with MongoDB and Redis
• Familiarity with ClickHouse or other columnar databases
• Practical experience with Docker
• Experience with HAProxy or similar load balancing solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Salt)
• Experience with monitoring stacks (Grafana, Mimir, Graphite, Telegraf)
• Experience with DNS systems (Unbound)
