Service Delivery and Provisioning Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end technical provisioning and execution to drive process improvements
• Track and manage delivery of Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, and IP Transit services
• Coordinate physical and logical activation activities while maintaining network inventory accuracy
• Monitor carrier and vendor performance against contractual timelines
• Identify efficiency bottlenecks in the Order-to-Service pipeline and support automation efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in network service delivery, telecommunications operations, or technical program management
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects such as Dark Fiber IRUs or data center builds

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of physical and logical networking layers, fiber characterization, and optical transceivers
• Experience working at a major ISP or Tier 1/2 Carrier in provisioning or service delivery
• Ability to use data and KPIs to drive operational efficiency
• Experience with Network Inventory Management systems and Salesforce workflows
