Service Delivery Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for global customers
• Ensure all services meet contractual obligations, service descriptions, and SLA/OLA requirements
• Meet project timelines by ensuring on-time delivery and managing delivery plans through to the final site delivery
• Define and execute communication plans for all stakeholders, including regular status reporting
• Manage proactive communication with customers regarding risks, delays, and Customer Acceptance Tests
• Prioritize orders and ensure priority is respected during the RFC delivery phase
• Act as the primary interface between internal resources and the customer

Requirements

• Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and stakeholder expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in telecommunications
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent)
• Previous experience involving network deployment projects
• Technical knowledge of telecommunications, specifically WAN and LAN
• Proficiency in the Arabic language
