Service Delivery Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of services according to contractual obligations, SLAs, and OLAs
• Manage end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for global customers
• Define and execute communication plans for all stakeholders
• Manage proactive communication with customers regarding risks, delays, and Customer Acceptance Tests
• Prioritize orders and manage the delivery plan at the project level until final site delivery
• Act as the interface between internal resources and the customer

Requirements

• Degree in telecommunications (preferred)
• Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred)
• Experience with network deployment projects (preferred)
• Technical knowledge of WAN and LAN (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Arabic language skills (strong asset)
