Service Delivery Engineer

Description BigID is an innovative tech startup focusing on data security, compliance, privacy, and governance. We're leading the market in data solutions, helping customers reduce risk, drive innovation, achieve compliance, and get more value from their data. We're looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to join our expanding Services Team. This role involves working closely with clients to determine technical requirements, plan and deploy solution components, and ensure the successful integration of BigID's solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client stakeholders to determine technical requirements.
• Plan implementation engagements and deploy solution components.
• Ensure smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers’ environments.
• Deliver training for respective technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in information technology in a customer-facing role.
• Understanding of Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development.
• Advanced experience in system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience with cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
