Service Delivery Manager D365 F&O

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing DevOps customer support team to deliver exceptional managed services
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
• Understand customer needs and oversee service delivery aligned with business objectives
• Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolution
• Own SLAs and budgets, driving efficiency and cost optimization
• Analyze feedback and continuously improve services through creative solutions
• Collaborate across teams to define service standards and resolve complex issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates
• Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles
• Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations
