Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Understand contractual obligations and ensure delivery of services to an agreed service description and SLA/OLA, including establishing and owning KPIs as necessary.
• Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for global customers.
• Act as an effective communicator with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Meet end-to-end project timelines by ensuring on-time delivery.
• Define communication plan for all stakeholders, gain agreement on status report format, and communicate at predefined intervals.
• Manage proactive communication with customers during the delivery phase, addressing risks or possible delays, including planning Customer Acceptance Tests for projects.
• Prioritize orders and ensure priority is respected during RFC (Request for Change) delivery phase.
• Oversee project delivery plans at the project level and plan through to last site delivery.
• Manage the interface between internal resources and the customer.

Requirements

• Degree in telecommunications (preferred)
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent, preferred)
• Previous involvement in network deployment projects (preferred)
• Technical knowledge in telecom, such as WAN and LAN (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
