Service Line Specialist Revenue Management

Responsibilities

• Perform professional and hospital billing and collection functions
• Manage secondary collections, cash posting, and A/R resolution
• Execute revenue enhancement and cash flow management for clinical service lines
• Communicate functional activities to leadership regarding insurance follow-up and profitability
• Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve revenue management processes
• Provide analysis of trends and issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in computer literacy and financial services regulatory environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
