Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and administrative tasks related to information security service contracts
  • Ensure timely renewal of service contracts and document all processes
  • Support the Business Development Manager in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer, asset, and contract information
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations for renewals
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contract drafts for customers
  • Create and maintain asset lists on SharePoint
  • Handle business phone calls and follow up on tasks for the Business Development team

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Logistics/Procurement
  • 1-5 years of experience within the IT industry
  • Proven experience working with IT distributors and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong calculation skills for managing renewal figures
  • Organized, structured, and self-motivated approach to work
  • Arabic reading and writing skills (advantageous)
