Responsibilities
- Support educators by addressing inquiries about life and retirement insurance policies
- Handle and problem solve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure a great customer experience through written and verbal communications
- Maintain quality and compliance with company and state regulations
- Proactively up-sell and cross-sell insurance solutions to existing customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service, business, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Life and/or 6/63 licenses within 12 months
- Basic math and billing interpretation skills
- Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload
- Private, organized workspace free from household distractions
- Must not reside in NY, CA, CO, WA, NJ, MD, AK, HI, MA, MN, NM, OR, or RI
