Responsibilities

  • Support educators by addressing inquiries about life and retirement insurance policies
  • Handle and problem solve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Ensure a great customer experience through written and verbal communications
  • Maintain quality and compliance with company and state regulations
  • Proactively up-sell and cross-sell insurance solutions to existing customers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of customer service, business, or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Life and/or 6/63 licenses within 12 months
  • Basic math and billing interpretation skills
  • Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload
  • Private, organized workspace free from household distractions
  • Must not reside in NY, CA, CO, WA, NJ, MD, AK, HI, MA, MN, NM, OR, or RI
