Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans
  • Process Medical/Dental Claims
  • Navigate multiple record keeping systems
  • Learn and retain large amounts of technical information

Requirements

  • Life and Health license required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail
  • Ability to work with customers of diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Medical or call center experience
