Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform to meet business requirements
  • Implement client scripts, business rules, workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets
  • Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise systems
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs
  • Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
  • Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and user stories
  • Perform application testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of development experience using the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including client/server scripting and REST APIs
  • Experience developing and interpreting JavaScript on ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Systems Administration certification
  • Experience with Angular
  • Experience or training with React
  • Experience supporting a Federal Law Enforcement agency
