ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and customizations
• Implement server-side and client-side scripting using JavaScript
• Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems
• Configure and extend ITSM/CSM modules to meet client requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues; ensure reliability and performance
• Work within Agile teams; participate in sprint planning and code reviews
• Deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfers to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven ServiceNow experience
• Strong JavaScript skills
• CSM/ITSM knowledge
• REST integrations
• SOAP integrations
• Agile methodology
• Troubleshooting skills

• ServiceNow certs

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, CMDB)
• Prior experience delivering customer-facing implementations
• Familiarity with best practices for platform upgrades and governance
