ServiceNow SPM Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow
• Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules
• Develop and support SPM workflows for idea intake, demand management, project and portfolio management, and resource planning
• Develop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate management needs into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for executive visibility

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Proficiency with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Linux
• Experience with web services (SOAP) and object-oriented programming
• Experience with ITIL v3 processes
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Creator Studio
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and CSDM
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
