Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling, targeting 150+ calls per day
- Work exclusively with warm leads generated through our free challenges
- Qualify prospects for our Closers by identifying pain points and needs
- Maintain a high appointment setting rate (target 10–30% from reachable leads)
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Perform diligent documentation and pipeline management within the CRM
- Operate within a structured 8-hour sales day driven by strict KPIs

- Proven ability to maintain high performance during high-volume calling sessions
- A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and accountability
- High level of emotional resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally
- Disciplined and structured work style, capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Ambitious "A-Player" mentality with a desire for rapid career progression
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding performance targets
