Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve short-form serialized drama scripts.
• Work hands-on with AI writing tools to generate and iterate story ideas.
• Review AI-generated content and provide structured creative feedback to improve script quality and AI tools.
• Use audience and paid acquisition insights to identify patterns and apply learnings to future scripts.
• Help define a repeatable script development process from concept through production handoff.
• Ensure scripts are realistic, scalable, and suitable for short-form production.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and user acquisition teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience writing or developing short-form serialized drama.
• Experience within a short-drama streaming platform or production studio.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first storytelling (hooks, pacing, cliffhangers).
• Familiarity with the production process.
• Experience working in high-volume content environments with quick iteration.
• Ability to use performance data to inform creative decisions.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted content production workflows.
