Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video content for social platforms
• Develop visual concepts aligned with established aesthetics
• Design and animate engaging 3D and 2D animations to support the edit
• Add sound design to round off each video
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and art directors to ensure visuals translate storytelling effectively
• Adapt existing long-form visual assets for short-form formats
• Iterate on work based on feedback and performance insights
• Stay up to date with short-form visual trends and platform best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for social platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, story-driven visual content
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro
• Strong 2D motion design skills with proficiency in After Effects and Illustrator
• Extensive 3D animation skills with proficiency in Blender
• Solid understanding of sound design for short-form video
• Ability to work efficiently within tight timeframes
• Fluent English; German skills are preferred
