Single Threaded Owner, FDS

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers
• Define and communicate the product vision, success metrics, and long-term roadmap
• Act as the primary decision-maker for resource allocation to drive revenue and profitability
• Ensure high-velocity delivery with minimal dependencies and top-tier platform reliability
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery to launch and iteration

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a product from concept to measurable business success
• Expertise in cross-functional leadership, guiding both product and engineering stakeholders
• Ability to make critical decisions and provide clear written communication under ambiguity
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using KPIs and OKRs to prioritize work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Transportation or Logistics technology
• Background in scaling platform services or SaaS point solutions
• Expertise in Sean Ellis tests or advanced NPS/CES frameworks
