Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure production reliability by monitoring services, handling on-call incidents, and leading post-mortems
• Operate and maintain AWS infrastructure and Windows Server environments using security best practices
• Manage Kubernetes/Docker platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Own observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Perform database administration for Postgres, MySQL, and MariaDB
• Support and maintain trading platforms (MT4/MT5) with a focus on performance and availability
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to unblock issues and maintain clear documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of SRE or DevOps experience in a production environment
• Strong administration skills in both Windows Server and Linux/Unix
• Solid experience with AWS services, specifically EC2 and RDS
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and Git-based delivery tools
• Proficiency in database administration (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB)
• Experience with monitoring and CI/CD tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Jenkins
• English proficiency at a B1 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell
• Strong database performance tuning or a dedicated DBA background
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Terragrunt
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Vault, Cloudflare, or MT4/MT5 platforms
