Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability across Knative, KEDA, and Kubernetes-based document processing platforms
• Proactively detect degradation, diagnose root causes, and ship fixes
• Work on observability including end-to-end tracing, latency SLOs, capacity dashboards, and alerting
• Conduct load testing and capacity planning to establish throughput benchmarks
• Support fleet operations and contribute to automated upgrade processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Deep operational knowledge of Kubernetes (HPA, KEDA, PodDisruptionBudgets, etc.)
• Experience diagnosing production performance issues like resource saturation and scheduling problems
• Proficiency in Python or Go to read service code and write targeted fixes
