Skills Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, effective, and interactive intercultural, communication, and soft skills training sessions
• Adapt pre-prepared training materials to meet specific client needs
• Provide training in both virtual and face-to-face settings
• Communicate with international clients in a constructive and professional manner
• Apply a participant-focused coaching approach to facilitate learning

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in intercultural, communication, and/or soft skills
• Minimum of two years of experience delivering training in a corporate environment
• Recent corporate experience in non-training roles
• Proven expertise in facilitation and learner-centered training
• Experience delivering both one-on-one and group sessions
• Proficiency with virtual training technology and digital tools
• Confident, enthusiastic, and easy-going personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blended learning methodologies and tools
