Slate CRM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide Slate CRM implementation services, training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support
• Analyze current business practices and recommend technology tools to improve admissions, retention, and advancement processes
• Adapt to varying challenges and user knowledge levels
• Spearhead Slate CRM initiatives through hands-on involvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Higher Education industry
• 5+ years of advanced proficiency with Slate CRM
• Experience administering security roles, building workflows, writing rules, and creating reports/dashboards
• Extensive experience with Slate Datasets and Entities for data management and automation
• Proficiency in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating CRM software
• Experience developing HTML content
• Experience managing integrations with third-party admissions applications (Common App, Royall/EAB, Liaison/UNICAS)
• Experience designing and managing integrations with ERP/SIS systems
• Experience in a consulting capacity focused on business process efficiency
• Ability to travel over 25%
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing project-based work
• Experience with Ellucian CRM Advance/Recruit, Microsoft Dynamics, Element 451, or Salesforce
• Graduate Admissions or Enrollment experience
