Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new school and district accounts through targeted outreach and educational events
  • Guide prospective clients through the full sales journey from initial contact to closing
  • Develop strong relationships with education leaders to position Brisk solutions
  • Travel approximately 10-20% to meet with prospective schools and attend industry conferences
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams for smooth onboarding
  • Gather market insights to help shape future product developments
  • Manage and update prospect interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators including outreach targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for K-12 education and solving customer challenges
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Classroom teaching experience
  • MEDDPICC certification
