Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new school and district accounts through targeted outreach and educational events
- Guide prospective clients through the full sales journey from initial contact to closing
- Develop strong relationships with education leaders to position Brisk solutions
- Travel approximately 10-20% to meet with prospective schools and attend industry conferences
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams for smooth onboarding
- Gather market insights to help shape future product developments
- Manage and update prospect interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including outreach targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for K-12 education and solving customer challenges
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Classroom teaching experience
- MEDDPICC certification
