Job description

Responsibilities

  • Pull, analyse and manipulate large datasets to extract business-critical insights
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the SMB portfolio
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues across assigned partner accounts
  • Lead partner-focused actions to improve commercial performance
  • Manage partner relationships on a case-by-case basis to unlock value
  • Support the SMB Team Lead on projects, sprints and campaigns

Requirements

  • BSc/BA
  • Excel proficiency
  • Google Sheets
  • Data analysis
  • Reporting skills
  • Problem solving
  • English fluent
  • Self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Prior account management or commercial operations experience
  • Arabic language skills (advantageous)
