Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Small and Medium Restaurant Accounts
  • Be on the ground, organising proactively face-to-face meetings with the Partners in the portfolio
  • Cross-sell and upsell Deliveroo key services
  • Lead actions to improve performances of Partners, supported by the broader team
  • Directly manage Partners on a case-by-case basis to unlock critical value improvement
  • Independently and proactively diagnose, resolve, and report on key performance KPIs of the assigned account portfolio

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets or formula-based tools
  • Self-starter capable of driving yourself to your targets and objectives every month
  • A fantastic communicator with a "get it done" mindset, well-organised and efficient
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Looker is a plus

About the Company

The Small Medium Business Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of SMB accounts located in the UAE, comprising both independents and multi-site brands. The SMB Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with these partners, will lead the delivery agenda with the partners to ensure they are operating with brilliant basics and execute on joint initiatives that drive sustainable growth for both Deliveroo and the partners. The SMB Account Manager must be able to resolve all day-to-day issues and problem-solve independently, seeking advice for more complex problems. Proactively identify focus areas, growth levers and inefficiencies in its portfolio to drive scalable actions and implement solutions against multiple Partners.
