Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Small and Medium Restaurant Accounts in the UAE
  • Organize and conduct proactive face-to-face meetings with partners to drive engagement
  • Cross-sell and upsell key Deliveroo services to maximize partner value
  • Lead initiatives to improve partner performance and execute joint growth strategies
  • Independently diagnose, resolve, and report on key performance KPIs within the assigned portfolio
  • Proactively identify growth levers and inefficiencies to implement scalable solutions

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or other formula-based tools
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Strong communication skills with a "get it done" mindset
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter to meet monthly targets and objectives
