Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Small and Medium Restaurant Accounts in the UAE
- Organize and conduct proactive face-to-face meetings with partners to drive engagement
- Cross-sell and upsell key Deliveroo services to maximize partner value
- Lead initiatives to improve partner performance and execute joint growth strategies
- Independently diagnose, resolve, and report on key performance KPIs within the assigned portfolio
- Proactively identify growth levers and inefficiencies to implement scalable solutions
Requirements
- BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or other formula-based tools
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong communication skills with a "get it done" mindset
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter to meet monthly targets and objectives
