Job description

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and pilot programmes for small and independent healthcare providers
  • Run structured discovery to understand customer workflows and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Manage deals end-to-end from first conversation through to close, building and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Lead onboarding and pilot programmes to ensure fast time-to-value and strong conversion rates
  • Support customers post go-live to drive adoption, retention, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Develop market understanding across the GCC and adapt approach to local business culture and buying cycles

Requirements

  • Quota-carrying sales, growth or customer success experience
  • Full customer lifecycle management from discovery through expansion
  • Strong commercial instincts with ability to identify and close opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or healthtech
  • Experience working in or with GCC markets
  • Arabic language skills
  • Familiarity with product-led growth environments
