Responsibilities

• Define ground truth for SuperHive Packs, specifying inputs, steps, and edge cases for compliance, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Encode domain expertise into structured skills, translating methodologies like UAE code interpretation and delay analysis into AI-ready logic.
• Pressure-test AI agent outputs against real-world project scenarios to ensure accuracy and depth.
• Partner with client domain experts to validate that product workflows map to actual industry practices.
• Shape the product roadmap by identifying high-value automation opportunities and critical industry pain points.
• Act as a credible domain voice during client workshops, demos, and discovery sessions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction or engineering with deep expertise in compliance, scheduling (P6/MSP), cost estimation (BOQ), or BIM.
• Hands-on practitioner experience in running industry cycles (e.g., design approvals, programme rebaselining, or model coordination).
• Direct experience with Gulf/UAE construction codes, authorities, and delivery realities.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Revit, BIM 360, or Aconex.
• Strong product instinct with the ability to articulate complex workflows and distinguish between process problems and tool limits.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between site reality and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a master developer, project owner, or major PMC on large-scale Gulf programmes.
• Previous exposure to construction AI or digital transformation tools.
• Cross-domain perspective regarding how design changes impact cost and schedule.
• Arabic language proficiency and an active professional network in the UAE/GCC.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and agentic workflows.
