SME Technology Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans, manage technical resources, and direct execution to deliver on scope, quality, and performance standards
• Guide multidisciplinary teams in establishing, communicating, and updating standards, data and AI governance, and enterprise-wide policies
• Lead the creation and communication of data policies related to master data, data tagging, metadata, and data security
• Analyze complex systems and design solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation
• Ensure technology investments are strategically aligned with organizational objectives and manage the technology portfolio
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders
• Establish and monitor program priorities, objectives, procedures, and resource needs allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field
• 15 years of professional IT experience
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a public trust investigation
• High proficiency in industry standard data governance and data management methodologies
• Technical backend expertise in utilizing data quality tools
• Experience managing project scope, risk, and schedules
• Experience developing written guidance, SOPs, reports, and briefings
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
