About the Company

Quarks is a technology company creating niche products in the Social Discovery & Relationship Wellness sphere. Our flagship product, Kismia, is a dating application with over 80 million users across 20+ locations worldwide. We focus on developing safe and effective solutions for dating and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Create and design product pages for the Social Discovery direction across different geographies, including visual and text content
• Generate and publish unique product content for the US market, including ideation, copywriting, and AI image generation
• Create and publish UGC content by finding creators, communicating with them, and preparing briefs and video scripts
• Adapt content between social media platforms for the flagship product in the US
• Manage and optimize existing product pages
• Launch high-performing promotional content

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient use of AI tools
• Understanding of current Meta and TikTok policies and requirements
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads managers
• Basic proficiency in Figma and Photoshop
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong communication skills for working with creators and teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a product-based company
