Social and Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native social content using mobile tools and existing assets
• Serve as the day-to-day voice of the brand across comments, DMs, and mentions
• Build a measurement framework to monitor content performance and report meaningful insights
• Identify emerging trends and social listening opportunities to inform marketing decisions
• Partner with Brand and Creative teams on large campaigns while maintaining high-volume social production

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social media for consumer, lifestyle, or outdoor brands
• A portfolio demonstrating personal content creation (shooting and editing short-form video)
• Strong knowledge of platform-specific behaviors for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Proficiency in mobile video editing and social analytics
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across different channels
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining a proactive production schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor, security, technology, construction, or agricultural industries
• Deep interest in using performance data to guide creative decisions
