Social Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the content calendar across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack for a senior leader.
• Write and edit short-form posts, threads and long-form pieces that match the leader's voice and strategic priorities.
• Monitor crypto, fintech, macro and tech trends to identify timely commentary and thought leadership opportunities.
• Translate complex ideas into reactive and evergreen content in partnership with the executive.
• Manage Substack ideation, drafting, editing and publishing.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce standout short-form visual and motion content.
• Travel to conferences and events to capture live content, support media moments and provide real-time social coverage.
• Coordinate with Chief of Staff and Communications on media, interviews and event priorities.
• Provide light-touch onsite support at events to keep logistics and messaging aligned.
• Track content performance and refine strategy to boost engagement and growth.
