Responsibilities

  • Lead client accounts with strategy, content curation, distribution, and engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for 4-8 client accounts
  • Develop social strategy, content direction, and performance optimization across major platforms
  • Manage influencer identification, outreach, and campaign management
  • Lead client calls, presentations, and reporting discussions
  • Manage projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Identify client growth and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report social media data against KPIs
  • Perform social listening for trending content and industry updates

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of social media account management experience
  • 2-3 years of agency experience required
  • Strong grasp of social KPIs and performance data analysis
  • Creative mindset with experience in campaign planning and idea generation
  • Proven track record in social media community management and content strategy
  • Excellent written communication skills for briefs, emails, and captions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and confidence in client-facing roles
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and new digital tools
