Social Media and Influencer Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Bluesky, and TikTok
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content for seasonal releases and community initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, publishing, and creative teams on go-to-market campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, and content creators
• Track, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance
• Create engaging social media content and written copy
• Proactively engage with players to build brand trust and positive community relationships

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing large scale social media channels
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and ARPG communities
• Experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple platforms
• Experience running community-based social and influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with social publishing tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Strong written communication skills adapted to specific channel audiences
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Twitch Drop campaigns and creator reward programs
• Experience with asset management, video editing, and template management
