Social Media Content & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics using established Canva templates
• Adapt existing templates with new imagery, copy, and client-specific information
• Produce recurring content for designated agency clients and the agency's own brand
• Upload and schedule approved content through designated scheduling platforms
• Maintain accurate posting schedules and content calendars
• Make occasional basic website content edits as trained
• Support additional content and marketing projects as the role develops

Requirements

• Previous social media content creation experience
• Proficiency with Canva Pro
• Experience creating branded social graphics
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and templates
• Organized and able to manage recurring content deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media scheduling platforms
• Experience supporting multiple brands or clients simultaneously
• Digital marketing agency experience
• Basic website editing experience (Duda preferred)
• Knowledge of Vendasta or AI marketing tools
• Portfolio of relevant social media work
