As a Social Media Coordinator fluent in French at Paradox, you'll embark on a new adventure with freedom to work remotely or in a hybrid setting, surrounded by ambitious colleagues at the forefront of social media. Your creativity and bilingual skills in French and English will drive impactful social media campaigns. Your responsibilities include content innovation, strategic growth, community engagement, and excellence in execution. You'll elevate Paradox's brand presence, inspired by giants like Apple, Nike, and Disney.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily monitoring of social media trends.
  • Generate original content ideas tailored to each platform.
  • Provide actionable feedback to video editors and designers.
  • Act as a liaison between social media and brand departments.
  • Craft and follow an ambitious editorial calendar.
  • Master Metricool and Airtable for content performance analysis.
  • Foster a vibrant online community and forge meaningful connections with influencers.
  • Continuously update processes to maximize content impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Data-driven with a strong experience in crafting dynamic social media campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, personal development, or online media.
